Glad I was able to catch her again to snap a picture of the unique front end...
The VOLGABORG is the first vessel I've ever noticed to have an "inverted bow".A relatively new ship (built in 2013), the VOGABORG apparently has a sistership named AFRICABORG. VLIEBORG also has this design.
"M.V. VOLGABORG is the third and last unit... [of] general cargo ships with a... ‘bulbless’ bow shape with slight negative stem angle."
